A description of the good or service offered and what happened.
Training supplements, placed order and money taken from my card. Received initial confirmation email, but no goods received at all (charged and paid for next day delivery). Phone number for the company does not work at all, no response AT ALL to online contact forms, emails, or online chat option. Their online still states "Sorry, you can not track your order online as yet. Please try later."

What have you attempted to do so far?
Countless attempts daily through website, email and phone. Not a single response to date.

Why you feel your complaint has not been fairly or properly addressed by the company?
Because they took my money on the spot, but are not at all contactable. I've not received ANY goods or contact back
