A description of the good or service offered and what happened.
Bought brand new pink samsung, cost £200, screen went blank, I sent it back to the shop, they sent it off for repair, 3 weeks later got it back and it worked for ten mins before the fault happened yet again. I called customer services, they hung up on me twice, eventually got through to someone and said take it into the shop which I did, they sent it away.

Another 3 weeks pass I get the broken phone back not the replacement I was promised. They then promised I'd have my new one by today....still no phone. Getting really angry with phones4u you, thought I was treating myself.

Its been about 6 months since I first reported the fault and I still have no phone or refund.
Tomorrow I am going down to the shop and am going to stick posters outside their window saying dont buy from this shop, nothing but bother daylight robbery. Phone calls to customer services leads to nowhere, same as emails and going into shop. Dont know what else to do.....I'm fed up and very angry.

What have you attempted to do so far?
I have had no response except them saying i will have a new phone in 2 weeks......rubbish its been almost 6 months. The phone is no longer new. I call and call customer services, send an email every day and go into the shop.

Why you feel your complaint has not been fairly or properly addressed by the company?
They are rude and unhelpfull, if they are not hanging up on you they are transferring you to someone else. They make promises upon promises. They have £200 of my money.....in my eyes thats theft.
