A description of the good or service offered and what happened.
Paid for sky to be installed on 3rd September in two rooms. Since then sky only showing channels 1 to 4 on one box.

More than 6 hours on the telephone with numerous advisors who have to date promised 4 call backs - none actually actioned.

Have now been told that it was with the IT department and that they are magically uncontactable. I will have to wait indefinately for them to call me. Who knows how long?

What have you attempted to do so far?
Nicola and Pamela and lastly Yvonne at Sky technical.

Nicola, Pamela and the operative on 4th September each promised that they would be in touch.

Why you feel your complaint has not been fairly or properly addressed by the company?
I still have not received my sky. They now tell me to not bother contacting them as they will contact me when it is sorted. (Going on past record that will never happen).
