I entered a contract with Talktalk and since June Talktalk has not been able to satisfy its own part of the contract which is to provide me a telephone service. I had to cancel my direct debit and now Talktalk has been sending the bill for the service not provided. They have given this to a debt connecting agency to collect and this people are now harassing me for the money. The telephone line has been out of other since june. My name is Koyenikan T and the telephone line in question is 020XXXX2408. What have you attempted to do so far? I have made numerous phone calls and sent e-mails to talk talk but all they want is money. They dont mind that that the phone line is dead. Why you feel your complaint has not been fairly or properly addressed by the company? They are asking money for a line that they have not been able to provide. Editorial Comments
