A description of the good or service offered and what happened.
When virgin lost sky 1 I was going to cancel my package with virgin and move to sky. However I was offered and accepted a VIP package with no further price increases. However now they have informed me they are putting the price of my package up by £1. I have written e mailed and phoned Virgin to complain but they will not budge and blame sky for puting the price up to them.

What have you attempted to do so far?
I e-mailed them back in Aug 2008 got no reply so phoned begining of Sept 2008 but was stonewalled and got nowere. I wrote to them at the end of Sept and got a phone call but this was a waste of time as I still got nowere.

Why you feel your complaint has not been fairly or properly addressed by the company?
I was made a promise if I stayed. Now they seem to feel that as about a year plus gone by they can break the agreement they made as it was only verbal, and they tend to do all their talking over the phone and use a web form for email so you have no record of what took place.
